‘What is a Heart Wall and how do I know if I have one?
The Heart Wall is an invisible energetic wall that surrounds the heart of an individual who has experienced heartbreak or heartache in their lives. During times of emotional pain or distress, you have probably felt a heaviness or an aching in the chest – this is where the words “heartache” and “heartbreak” come from.
Since the heart is really the core of our being, energetically speaking, those feelings of heartache and heartbreak are subsequently an attack on the deepest part of who we are.
When this is experienced your subconscious mind will want to protect you by putting up a wall around the heart. The building materials used for this wall come in the form of excess energies (trapped emotions).
If you have a heart wall, it will make it very difficult if not impossible for other peoples’ love to get through to you and your love to get out to them. This means that loving relationships or finding a mate can be very difficult, if not impossible.
Having a heart wall is like living in a bomb shelter, which is necessary while the bombs are falling, but in the long term, if you continue to live in there you will feel sad, disconnected, frustrated and it also depresses the immune system possibly leading to heart trouble as well as a myriad of other problems.
Since everything is energy our signals just won’t get through this wall. So if you are feeling unattached, angry, depressed, distant etc… then perhaps you have a heart wall. It has been suggested that close to 90% of the people on this planet have a heart wall. When you first create the heart wall it is good for us, but when the situation that has given rise to its creation is long gone, it really only hurts us.
The Heart Wall can be removed, one trapped emotion at a time, thus liberating you to live the life that you want, from your heart, creating abundance and finding true love.
“I believe that the single most important thing you can do for yourself is to get rid of the trapped negative emotions that are forming that “wall” around your heart. The Emotion Code is the only way that I know of to do this. It is the simplest, most efficient method of releasing trapped emotions ever devised. It is easily learned by anyone, without any previous training. The release of trapped emotions is permanent, and it works for all ages.”
